The Everything Bundle is the full Safari Pedals lineup in one grab — a rowdy collection of compressors, EQs, amp sims, and time effects that covers a lot of ground across a mix. You're getting tape grit, spring reverb, console-style leveling, and a few creative oddballs, all in VST3, AU, and AAX formats.

Tracking and individual channels

On the way in, Level-Or is the first thing I reach for. It behaves like a fixed-threshold leveler, so a vocal or bass sits in the pocket without much fuss. If the track needs a little hair, Camel Strip stacks drive, EQ, and compression on a single insert — it's built for guitars, but I've thrown it on a snare drum without regret. Planet of the Amps Pack lives here too, giving you a handful of amp and cab models that work when a DI needs some body before you start mixing.

Groups, buses, and the master

Dragon EQ lands on drum and instrument buses where broad tonal moves matter more than surgical cuts. The low band has a thickness that works on a bass group. Dirty Dog Reverb and Fox Echo Chorus are send effects by nature — the spring algo on Dirty Dog gets twangy fast, while Fox Echo layers chorus and delay into one return. For the mix bus, Lion Master gives you a stereo widener and a limiter in a single window, and Owl Control handles final-stage leveling with an opto-style grab. Hawk Phaser and Time Machine fill the weirdo slot: phaser sweeps on a synth bus or lo-fi warble on a parallel vocal chain.

Cassette Bunny Models Tape Age and Azimuth, Not Just Wobble

The headline addition is Cassette Bunny, and it's not just another lo-fi plug. It models a consumer cassette deck in ways that go beyond the usual wobble-and-hiss preset pack. You get control over tape age, azimuth misalignment, and even the specific EQ curve of a cheap transport mechanism. I've been printing stems through it with the age slider around 60% and the noise floor nudged just above silence — it glues a sparse arrangement without shouting "I used a tape plugin."

Also fixed: the AU validation timeout some users hit on Ventura and Sonoma when scanning a full bundle at once. Scanning now completes in one pass, even with all twenty-something plugins active. Minor GUI tweaks across the board, mostly alignment fixes in the metering sections of Owl Control and Level-Or.

From Bedroom Tracking to Post-Production Dialogue Cleanup

Bedroom producers who track, mix, and "master" their own songs are the obvious fit — the bundle covers the whole chain without forcing you to learn five different developer ecosystems. But there are two other camps worth naming.

Post-production editors who occasionally sweeten dialogue or design sound effects. Camel Strip on a voiceover, a touch of Fox Echo Chorus on a sting, Rhino Reverb on a door slam — it's fast, characterful, and doesn't need an iLok dongle in a bag you already lost. The everything-in-one-folder install means you're back to cutting faster than you can say "plugin scan."

Guitarists who record direct and don't want to build a pedalboard in software. Planet of the Amps Pack plus Cobra Fuzz plus Rabbit Tape gives you a signal chain that sounds like a Saturday afternoon in a rehearsal room. Add Gorilla Drive before the amp model and you've got push, sag, and hiss — the things that make an amp feel like an instrument instead of a preset.

Where Stock EQs Stay Clean and Level-Or Colours Instead

Does this overlap with my stock DAW plugins? Yes, in categories. No, in sound. Your DAW's channel EQ is clean and surgical; Dragon EQ is broad and slightly fuzzy in the low shelf. Your stock compressor meters gain reduction; Level-Or grabs like an LA-2A and doesn't show you numbers because it doesn't care. The overlap is functional — the reason to reach for Safari Pedals is attitude, not feature count.

Will twenty-something new plugins slow down my scan? The 2026.05 build fixed the timeout problem. On an Apple Silicon machine the whole bundle scans in under thirty seconds. Intel takes a bit longer, but it's a one-time coffee break, not a recurring headache.

Do I need to install everything? The installer lets you pick and choose. If you know you won't use Bull Sub Machine or Zebra Clipper, skip them. They're not chained dependencies — each plugin is a standalone component.

Camel Strip on a Dry Vocal, Then a DI Bass That Needs Grit

A songwriter sends me stems: dry vocal, DI bass, a programmed drum loop, and a synth pad that's too polite. I drag the audio into a blank session and open Camel Strip on the vocal first. Input gain up until the needle nudges red, low cut at 80 Hz, the EQ band parked at 2.5 kHz with a gentle boost, and the compressor on the "fast" setting. It takes forty seconds and the vocal already has weight.

The bass gets Gorilla Drive. Drive knob at ten o'clock, blend at fifty percent so the clean low end hangs on. It adds a midrange snarl that helps the bass poke through laptop speakers without any EQ. On the drum loop I drop Zebra Clipper — just shaving peaks so the transients don't eat my headroom. Three clicks and the waveform looks calmer but sounds just as punchy.

The polite pad needs trouble. Fox Echo Chorus on a send: chorus depth past noon, echo time set to a dotted eighth, feedback dialed back so it doesn't swamp. A second send goes to Dirty Dog Reverb with the spring tension pulled tight for a short, splashy tail. Together they turn a sterile pad into something that moves.

Mixing is fast because the plugins encourage decisions. The bus gets Dragon EQ for a wide midrange dip and a slight high shelf. The master chain is Lion Master into Owl Control — stereo width at 110%, a gentle limiting threshold, and the opto-style compression catching the last couple of decibels. I bounce, listen in the car, and only tweak the pad reverb send by one decibel. Done in under two hours. That's the rhythm this bundle rewards: commit, move on, don't overthink.

Questions I actually get

Does the bundle include every Safari Pedals plugin?

Yes, it packs Dragon EQ, Owl Control, Time Machine, Dirty Dog Reverb, Lion Master, Hawk Phaser, Camel Strip, Planet of the Amps Pack, Level-Or, and Fox Echo Chorus.

What plugin formats are in the Everything Bundle?

The bundle runs as VST3, AU, and AAX plugins on macOS, covering most DAWs without extra wrappers.
